Electronic Devices & Circuits Laboratory

  • In this lab experiments related to Electronic Devices and Circuits, Electronic Circuit Analysis and Pulse Circuits and ICs are done.
  • Students do projects related to VLSI, Embedded Systems and Minor design projects are also done with the help of PCB machine available in this laboratory.
  • Students get an opportunity to work on bread boards to design electronic circuits.
  • Students learn to operate different equipment like Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, Function generators and Oscilloscopes etc.,

    Digital Electronics/ Micro Processors & Micro controllers Laboratory

  • In this lab experiments related to Digital Electronics, Digital Logic Design, Basic electronic circuits and micro processors & micro controllers are carried out.
  • Apart from programming by using TASM software, Programs can be run on 8051 and 8086 HardwareTrainer kits and can be interfaced with different modules such as stepper motor.
  • Programming knowledge will boost the students perception to understand the functionality of latest processors.
  • Communications Laboratory

  • In this lab experiments related to Digital communications and analog communications are carried out.
  • Also they can see the operation of various modern digital and analog communications techniques by working on advanced trainer kits.
  • Students learn to operate different equipment linke Digital storage oscilloscopes, function generators and oscilloscopes etc.,
  • Computer Laboratory(L3)

  • Electronic Circuits can be simulated in this lab by using Multisim software.

  • MATLAB software is used for the “Digital Signal Processing Lab” and “Signals and Systems Lab”.

  • By using TASM software, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers programs can be written. Students can design their own models by using the softwares and can observe outputs or responses.

    Knowledge of these tools are very much helpful for the research.

  • Micro Wave & Optical Communication Laboratory

  • Microwave & Optical Communications lab is designed for Final year students. Lab has Microwave benches, Spectrum analyzer, VSWR meter, Klystron and Gunn Power supplies, DSOs, Link-A, Link-B Trainer kits, Different Antennas, Directional Couplers etc to do the experiments related to microwave and optical communications.
  • Student projects related to Microwave or Optical communications can be done in this lab.
  • Research and Development laboratory / Project laboratory

    UG/PG students and Faculty members utilize for doing projects and research activities.

    Microwave & Optical Communications lab is designed for Final year students. Lab has state of the art equipment like Microwave Benches with S- Band Components, VSWR meter, Klystron and Gunn Power supplies, DSOs, Link-A, Link-B Trainer kits, Different Antennas, Directional Couplers etc., Student Projects related to Microwave or Optical Communications can be done in this lab.

    Computer Lab :

    Electronic Circuits can be simulated in this lab by using Multisim software. MATLAB software is used for the “Digital Signal Processing Lab” and “Signals and Systems Lab”. By using TASM software, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers programs can be written. Students can design their own models by using the softwares and can observe outputs or responses. Knowledge of these tools are very much helpful for the research.

    Microprocessors and Microcontrollers Lab.
