Vision & Mission

Department Vision

To generate professionally competent, research oriented and eminent technocrats towards the development of state of art products and technologies to face the perpetual requirements of the society and to inculcate the notion of entrepreneurship in the minds of students.

Department Mission

  • DM1: To train the students to become highly knowledgeable in the field of Electrical Electronics Engineering.
  • DM2: To provide a dynamic learning environment for the students to meet the industry needs.
  • DM3: To facilitate the students to be technically exposed to the research in emerging areas.

Program educational objectives

  • PEO-1: Graduates shall experience success in electrical and electronics engineering areas and other diverse fields that require analytical and professional skills.
  • PEO-2: Graduates shall contribute to their fields of profession and excel in professional ethics and leadership qualities.
  • PEO-3: Graduates shall acquire effective communication skills and succeed in multidisciplinary fields.
  • PEO-4: Graduates shall continue to have advanced education and life-long learning.

Program specific outcomes

A graduate of the Computer Science and Engineering Program will demonstrate:

  • PSO-1: Professional Skills: The ability to understand, analyze and develop computer programs in the areas related to algorithms, system software, multimedia, web design, big data analytics, and networking for efficient design of computer-based systems of varying complexity.
  • PSO-2: Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to apply standard practices and strategies in software project development using open-ended programming environments to deliver a quality product for business success.
  • PSO-3: The ability to employ modern computer languages, environments, and platforms in creating innovative career paths to be an entrepreneur, and a zest for higher studies.
